Predictive Maintenance: Hazard Classifier – Data Grievance & Mapping
Spar’s Hazard Classifier plays a vital role in mapping Hazardous material, which is very crucial for enterprises. Initially, grievance data sources are considered for analysis. They include reviews, data from world wide web and consumer forums. These data sources are sent for cleansing & enrichment. In the first phase, the data is sent to the search engine and then to the web portal through a bi-directional process. In the second phase, word vector and clustering are performed and then the data reaches the Hazard mapping unit.
Finally, the Product Specification Database and the Hazard Mapping Unit are connected to Product to hazard Mapping Unit. From this unit, the data goes to the classifier where it is identified either as hazardous or Nonhazardous material.
