Requirement – Our enterprise telecom client was facing performance issues with their telecom network (2G, 3G and 4G). Common problems observed were speed of the networks, bandwidth bottlenecks, number of call drops etc. Owing to certain limitations in their legacy system, these problems were not addressed effectively. Hence, there was a requirement to re-engineer their system.
Solution – Our application development team took up the challenge to understand their legacy systems and improve it. Based on our functional study with their team, we proposed technology change. Accordingly, the platform was upgraded to Big Data and the entire solution was remodeled to the Big Data framework. This project was completed within three months.
Outcome – The new system started delivering accurate analytic for the telecom network immediately. Another achievement was we met our challenge to implement the system ahead of the project schedule.
